Round the world and home again
That's the sailor's way
Faster faster, faster faster
There's no earthly way of knowing
Which direction we are going
There's no knowing where we're rowing
Or which way the river's flowing
Is it raining, is it snowing
Is a hurricane a-blowing
Not a speck of light is showing
So the danger must be growing
Are the fires of Hell a-glowing
Is the grisly reaper mowing
Yes, the danger must be growing
For the rowers keep on rowing
And they're certainly not showing
Any signs that they are slowing

This is from the famous psychedelic boat scene in Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. This scene and song have been randomly popping into my head for over a week now. Not sure quite why, either. It's one of those ones that just enough pops into your head, you know what it is but you can't sing the rest of the lyrics or picture the rest of the scene. It's been so long since I've seen this incredible movie that it really doesn't make much sense.
Gene Wilder does such an amazing job in this movie, he plays an eccentric crazy man so incredibly well that you can easily forget that the character is not a real person.
Here is a link to the entire scene; By far one of the best scenes in the movie, however dark it may be...
